Jilted Man, 29, Docked For Posting Nude Pictures & Videos Of Lover On Social Media

A jilted 29-year old man, Wisdom Ogochukwu Onyereri, has been arrested and charged in Lagos State for allegedly uploading the nude pictures and videos of his estranged lover and causing her serious trauma in the process. 
P.M.EXPRESS reports the suspect, Onyereri, was arrested in his house at Idowu Okoko Street, Elero, Lagos and charged for conduct likely to cause breach of public peace.
According to the Police, the suspect had a disagreement with the victim, which led to the break down of the relationship but it did not go down well with the suspect.
In retaliation, he allegedly posted her nude pictures and videos on  the social media including Facebook, Snaptchat, Telegram among others to the shock of the victim.
The matter was reported to the Commissioner of Police Special Squad. The operatives moved into action, eventually arrested the suspect and detained him at the Command for interrogation over his alleged conduct.
After thorough interrogation, the Police found him culpable and charged him before the Ogba Magistrate Court for the alleged offence which attracts several years of imprisonment.
The charges read:
COUNT 1: “That you, Wisdom Ogochukwu Onyereri “M”, of No.16, Idowu Okoko Street, Elero, Lagos State sometime in April, 2025 at Ikeja, in the Lagos Magisterial District, did conduct yourself in a manner likely to Cause Breach of Public Peace and thereby committed an offense contrary and punishable under Section 168 of the Criminal Code Laws of Lagos State, 2015.”
COUNT 11:”That Same you Wisdom Ogochukwu Onyereri “M” of above address, on the same date and time, within the same Magisterial District, did unlawfully and criminally publish nude pictures, videos and other harmful contents of Ms. Oluwapelumi Margaret to telegram, Facebook, Snaptchat and other social medin platforms in a bid to bully her and demand monetary returns unjustly and thereby committed an Offense contrary and Punishable under section 24 of the Cyber Crime Act, 2025.”
COUNT III: “That you, Wisdom Ogochukwu Onyereri “m” of same address, on the same date and time, within the same Magisterial District, did unlawfully demand for monetary payment and threatened to post nude pictures and videos of Ms. Oluwapelumi Margaret should she fail to send money to you and thereby committed an offence contrary and punishable under Section 56 of the criminal code laws of Lagos State, 2025.”
However, he pleaded not guilty.
The prosecutor, Supol Phillip Ademigbuji, then asked the Court to give a date for hearing since he pleaded not guilty to enable the Police to prove that he actually committed the alleged offence.
The Presiding Magistrate, Mrs. O. Kusanu, granted him bail with two sureties, who must show evidence of means of livelihood and tax payment while addresses will be verified by the Court.
The matter was adjourned for mention while the defendant was remanded in custody at the correctional center at Kirikiri town, Lagos, pending when he will perfect his bail conditions.
