JOF U-13 Kids Cup MVP, Boluwatife Thomas Commends JOF Nigeria Limited CEO For Impacting On The Youths

Boluwatife Thomas who won the Most Valuable Player (MVP) award of the recently concluded JOF U-13 Football Championship in Lagos is full of praises to the Managing Director of JOF Nigeria Limited, Mr. Segun Olugboyegun for adding values to football career of the youngsters who participated in the competition.
The grassroots football tournament ended at the Campos Mini Stadium on Lagos Island at the weekend with Ago Babes of Ajeromi lifting the cup after defeating Junior Arsenal of Alimosho 3-2 in the final.
The sum of N750,000 was given to the best four teams of the tournament with Ayo Babes, the new champions getting N300, 000 while Junior Arsenal got N200,000. Third place team, Prince Boys of Lekki received N150,000, while the fourth place team, AZ Zola of Ijegun went home with N100,000.
Eleven years old Thomas told P.M. EXPRESS after receiving his MVP award that JOF Nigeria Limited’s sponsorship of the tournament goes on to say the large heart of the CEO, Mr. Olugboyegun to impact positively in the life of the young players.
Thomas, who is in JSS 2 at Boys Junior Academy, Sangross, Lagos Island said that most of the players who featured in the competition would someday become superstar in football. He thanked Mr. Olugboyegun for giving them a good foundation and platform to showcase their football talent to the world now at tender ages.
For Thomas, he looks forward to playing for clubs like Arsenal and Fulham in the future, adding that he loves to see on the field of play Kylian Mbappé Lottin, a French professional footballer who plays as a forward for Ligue 1 club Paris Saint-Germain and the France national team.
