JRA Cosmetics Rep., Jerry Mbachu Warns Dealers Against Adulteration Of Products In Nigeria 

P.M.EXPRESS reports that Mr. Mbachu gave the warning during an interaction with media practitioners and social media influencers in Lagos, over the menace of adulteration of products in Nigeria.

He stated that the company would not hesitate to arrest and prosecute anyone found culpable of selling adulterated JRA products and ensure that violators were jailed for the conduct.

Mbachu explained that, as the representative of JRA Cosmetics in Nigeria, he would not fold his hands and see some dealers produce fake products and sell to their genuine customers thereby denting the image of the company.

He explained that the decision to descend on the defaulters was meant to protect, promote the standardization of the products and give value to their various customers across the States, who may buy the fake products as the original.

Mr. Mbachu stated that the company has concluded arrangement with the relevant security agencies in Nigeria to monitor the activity of those who would want to fake the JRA Cosmetics in various markets across the States in Nigeria.

The JRA Cosmetics representative stated that there are instances where some dealers had adulterated their products by using the company’s brand logo and the producers children photographs to deceive customers that the fake products were original not knowing that there are specific identities in the products that can easily distinguish the fake ones from the original.

“Our warning is that time have passed where you can do whatever you want but now there is law in place and the law is stringent. So irrespective of who you are, as far as you’re involved in any of the cases of adulteration or diversion of JRA Cosmetics, the law will take its cause” Mbachu stated.
