Judiciary, Political Class & The Offside Tactics

Posted on December 17, 2020

First it was Sambo Dasuki after two years of grandstanding. Then Orji Uzoh Kalu followed in a manner that gave a false sense of hope that, somehow, we now have a Daniel who has come to judgement. That became exactly what it is – false hope.

Then came Olisah Metuh, and the many theatrics that followed. Again, the judiciary says the initial goal was offside – Metuh was not properly tried by the Prosecution and got unjustly indicted by a Justice Abang who has now been made to look like he was on some witch-hunt mission against Metuh.

There is nothing in the body language of the political class that discourages corruption.

The freedom of these guys is coming with a huge opportunity cost that translates into a major value deficit for the observing generation.

The next to be made whole again is Abdul Maina. Again, we would not be surprised.

Esprit De Corps is an Elite philosophy too.
