Kemi ‘Lala’ Akindoju Premieres Short film ‘Fine’ in Paris Film Festival

Award-winning actor Kemi ‘Lala’ Akindoju premiered her new short film ‘Fine’ at the Nollywood week in Paris Film Festival on Sunday, May 12, 2019.

The short film is produced by Lala Akindoju for Make It Happen Production, and co-written and directed by Odenike who is making her debut in directing.

‘Fine’ is a short film that shows the successful side of women supporting women through depression, anxiety, and other symptoms of mental illness.

It tells the story of a young successful woman who seems to have her life under control publicly, but deep within she was beaten and battered by depression.

The short film stars Kemi Lala Akindoju, Tiere Osundilire, Odenike, and Jennifer Alegieuno.

Although no official release date has been announced, ‘Fine’ has been tagged as very relevant for Mental Awareness Month.

The original soundtrack for the film is performed by Lala Akindoju and Produced by Mela.
