Kida-led NBBF Meets In Abuja, Rolls Out Big Plans On Basketball Development

The Nigerian Basketball Federation (NBBF) Wednesday held its 3rd Board Meeting Chaired by its President Eng. Ahmadu Musa Kida at the Barcelona Hotel Abuja. 
The well-attended board meeting received a surprise visit from Emeka Celentine Ogbu, President of the Nigerian University Games Association (NUGA). According to Ogbu, NUGA is in support of the activities of NBBF.
In his remarks NBBF President, Engr. Ahmadu Musa Kida assured NUGA of the continued collaboration and support of his NBBF-led board, which he asserted is in line with the plans of the NBBF to reposition and develop the game,  at all levels.
Meanwhile, the NBBF rolled out some of its activities for the Domestic League 2022 revised edition and it included; a refresher course for referees table officials, Total National Division 1 League, and Total National Division 2 in September.
Others include the NBBF National Women Zenith  League and NBBF Premiere League/ Team Clubs all in October, the National NBBF Under 18 Invitational Championship;  AMK Under 18 National 3×3 Invitationals Championship; 1st NBBF Military and Para Military Basketball Championship all in November, and  NBBF Universities Basketball Invitational Championship in December.
Kida went on to reassure Nigerian basketball lovers of the unflinching dedication and commitment of his board to the total development of basketball in Nigeria.
