The wife of a Police officer, Mrs. Olubusola Henry Azike, had a nasty experience after she engaged a 26-year old lady, Chigozie Onyoha, in a brawl over an undisclosed matter inside the Police Barracks in Lagos State.
P.M.EXPRESS reports that the lady,  Chigozie Onyoha, grabbed and beat her mercilessly. She allegedly damaged the victim’s phone and she suffered injuries in the process before she was taken to an undisclosed hospital for treatment.
The incident happened on 16th October, 2025 at STD Barracks, Ikeja, Lagos, where they reside.
The alleged assault was reported to the Police at Ikeja Division. The lady was arrested and detained at the station for interrogation over her alleged conduct by beating the complainant in such a manner.
After interrogation,  the Police found the lady culpable and charged her before the Ogba Magistrate Court for the alleged offence.
The charges read:
COUNT I: “That you Chigozie Onyoha ‘f, on the 16th day of October 2025 at about 1730hs at STD Barracks Ikeja Lagos, in the Ikeja Magisterial District, did assault one Mrs. Olubusola Henry Azike ‘f and thereby committed an offence contrary to and punishable under Section 173 of Criminal Law of Lagos State 2015.”

However, she pleaded not guilty.
