Hon. Maryam Owolabi-Bada, a member of All Progressive Congress (APC) and Lagos State House of Assembly aspirant has congratulated the newly appointed Lagos East Senatorial District  leaders to oversee the working of the constituency.

According to Hon. Bada, who said any organisation without a leader is like a ship without a captain and such organisation is bound to collapse.

“There’s no doubt about the fact that the appointing visionary leaders that’ll oversee the working and functions of the constituency is quite important and I believe those appointed are worthy and credible leaders that will not compromise but rather live by example and leave a lasting legacy to be remembered for.

“I think the appointment of the leaders came at the appropriate time and as well seen as a step in the right direction, ” Bada said.

Being trusted, tested and having served the party meritoriously, Cheif Busura Alebiosu was appointed the Grand Patron of Lagos East Constituency while Senator Anthony Adefuye and Alhaji Akanni Seriki (BAMU) were appointed as Chairman and Deputy-Chairman respectively.

However, Hon Maryam Owolabi-Bada urged the party faithful in the Lagos East Senatorial Constituency to give them the necessary supports to be able to do the needful when and where necessary while expressing hope that All Progressive Congress (APC) will continue to wax stronger at the senatorial district, state and Nigeria at large.
