Lagos State Sports Commission Unfolds “Project Transform LSSC”

The “Project Transform Lagos State Sports Commission (LSSC)” was unfolded Thursday at Mobolaji Johnson Sports Centre, Rowe Park, Yaba, Lagos by the Executive Chairman, Dr. Kweku Adedayo Tandoh during the monthly Staff Forum. 

The Project, which will culminate in the production of a 4-Year Strategic Sports development Plan for the State Sports Commission, will include production of a strategy document that will articulate the strategic roadmap for the Sports Commission, staff competency and skills assessment that will identify competency gaps with recommendations to bridge such gap, developing a performance management framework

Speaking to the staff of LSSC at the Forum,  the consultants on the project, PricewaterhouseCoopers, a leading HR and Strategy advisory firm gave a detailed flow of the Project progress while enumerating the benefits of the Project to the staff and to the state.

According to Dr Tandoh, the project which commenced some weeks ago is expected to be completed in July 2018.
