Posted on January 13, 2023

In a bid to reposition Lagos Television (LTV) for better performance and competitiveness in the broadcast industry, the Lagos State Government has initiated a public perception survey to identify strategies that will improve programming, public enlightenment and service delivery to the populace.

A statement signed by the General Manager of Lagos Television, Ms. Siju Alabi, explained that the survey would be conducted by the broadcast station in conjunction with the Lagos Bureau of Statistics, Ministry of Economic Planning and Budget.

Explaining that the exercise will focus on feedback from the three senatorial districts, Ms. Alabi said, “The survey and work-study are designed to identify ways to enhance public awareness of the station and enrich the planning as well as decision-making by the government and other policymakers”.

The General Manager disclosed further that the exercise will commence on Monday, 16th and close on Friday, 27th of January, 2023.

She, therefore, implored members of the public to fully participate in the survey by coming forward with honest and sincere responses to all questions presented to them in order to identify ways of making the State Government’s television station globally competitive.

Recall that Lagos Television witnessed an upgrade in infrastructure as part of the Sanwo-Olu administration’s strategies to boost the image of the broadcast outfit, enhance customer experience and improve the work environment.
