Dr Oluwatunmise Adeyemi, a medical practitioner has become homeless and his property missing after his landlord, Caleb Nwaeze allegedly burgled his flat and carted away all his property with the hope he will not come back after Adeyemi had a road accident.
The incident happened at 29, Salvation Army Street in Oke-Afa, in Isolo Lagos, Nigeria where Adeyemi rented the three-bedroom apartment and lived with his family before the accident.
The Police detectives have started a hunt to get Caleb Nwaeze arrested and explain how he obtained suspicious bailiff ejection order popularly called “Jankara Judgement” that warranted Adeyemi’s ejection and subsequent conversion of his properties by him.

P.M.EXPRESS gathered that the bubble burst after the Lagos State Judiciary denied carrying out of any execution judgment on 17 October 2016 as Nwaeze claimed.
In a letter signed by the Deputy Sheriff, Ikeja, Mr Abioye O. Emmanuel dated 1 November 2016 titled Re: Execution of Judgment on a suit  matter with number, MCY/767/2016 between Nwaeze and Adeyemi, the sheriff wrote there was no such execution.
Following the discovery, the matter was reported to the Lagos State Commissioner of Police, Mr Fatai Owoseni who ordered for the arrest and investigation of Nwaeze said to be at large.

He said when he was eventually discharged and they drove back to the house, they discovered that the flat has been replaced with another key.
On further inquiry, he discovered that all his properties have been taken away.
Adeyemi said he went to the landlord told report his finding, but the landlord told him that he had gone to an Isolo court and obtained a judgment while he was in the hospital which empowered him to take possession of the place.
The doctor said it was when he was looking on how to retrieve his properties and went to the Sheriff Office that he was told that there was no such record of execution of any judgment.
He said he took the necessary steps and inform the police and instructed his counsel to find out about the suit and everything pointed to be fake.
He said since then, Nwaeze have gone underground but has been sending his lawyer to meet him so that they will amicably settle the matter.
When our correspondent visited the house, Nwaeze declined to speak and asked his security to inform the reporter that he was not around.
