Lin Guo Qing Rejoices With Sanwo-Olu, Tasks Gov Elect On Football Development

The sponsor of just concluded Bola Ahmed Tinubu football tournament in Igando, Alimosho, Lin Guo Qing has sent a congratulatory message to the Lagos State Governor and his deputy, Babajide Sanwo-Olu and Obafemi Hamzat for their victory recorded at the just concluded governorship and state assembly elections.

Sanwo-Olu was declared as a winner of the highly competitive governorship election after defeating his closest rival, Gbadebo Rhodes-Vivour of the Labour Party.

Reacting to the Sanwo-Olu re-election, Lin Guo Qing, who doubles as one of the board of directors of Mr Fruit Food & Beverages Nigeria Limited described gov elect victory as choice of people and reminded him to give sports development as a priority in his new administration.

“I rejoice with the Lagos State governor elect, Mr Babajide Sanwo-Olu and his deputy, Obafemi Hamzat for their re- election for the second term.This victory was a clear indication of good works your administration has been doing in the last four years.I am not surprised of your victory because the people of Lagos have spoken.

“As you are starting the second term in the office, i advice the governor elect to focus more on sports development especially football because Nigerians generally are passionate about the round leather game.

“We shall continue on our part as beverages company to continue supporting grassroots football development as part of our corporate social responsibility in the state.Once again i congratulate you for your landslide victory recorded at the last election,”

He also congratulated president elect, Bola Ahmed Tinubu and urged him to try as much as possible to fix the country economy when he assumed into power in May 29,2023.

The Chinese born based in Nigeria also reminded Sanwo-Olu to to expedite action to complete Mile 2 Express Road and Over Edge Bridge.He however pointed out that Babangida Road in Amuwo Odofin local Government Area is in bad shape and needs government attention.
