Litigants Hail CJ Alogba For Reopening Igbosere Court For Use

Concerned Litigants, Court Users and Police Investigating Officers, IPOs have praised the hard working Chief Judge of Lagos State, Justice Kazeem Alogba for reopening the Igbosere Magistrate’s Court, Lagos Island for public use.
According to these concerned Lagosians, this will stop the harrowing experience they had been going through daily to attend to their cases in other Courts at Ebute-Metta, Yaba and Surulere Magistrate’s Court from where they are assigned from Tinubu Magistrate’s Court, Lagos Island,Lagos
Some of those who spoke with our Correspondent stated that the reopening of the Court did not only relieved them but have also vindicated CJ Alogba as a listening and hardworking leader and tbe best CJ Lagos had ever produced for his unprecedented achievements in the Lagos State Judiciary.
Mr John Adoghe, a Litigant, said; “I thanked Chief Judge, Justice Kazeem Alogba for his unprecedented achievements in the Judiciary in Lagos and for listening to our complaints for the reopening of the Igbosere Magistrate’s Court for public use.
“This will put a stop to the sufferings we had been passing through in attending our cases at the sitting at the Surulere, Ebute-metta and Yaba Magistrate’s Court from where they are assigned from Tinubu Magistrates.”
On his own part, Mr Babatunde Adisa, another Litigant stated, “I thanked CJ Kazeem Alogba for reopening the Igbosere Magistrate’s Court for public use after five years of rehabilitation following the vandalization and looting of the Court by the EndSars Protesters in 2020. I’m now appealing to the CJ to expedite action on the ongoing reconstructions of the burnt and destroyed State High Court to ensure the structure is completed during his time,” Adisa stated.
