Man, 20, Docked For Sexually Molesting Boy, 15,

A 20-year old man, Solomon Sanusi, has landed in trouble in Lagos State for allegedly sexually assaulting a boy, 15, by joining his two thighs and penetrating it with his dick in order to satisfy his sexual desires. 

 

P.M.EXPRESS reports that the incident happened at Aribisala Street, Agric Road, Egan in Igando, Lagos, where they reside.

 

He has been arrested and charged for sexual assault under the Criminal Laws of the State.

 

According to the Police, he lured the victim into his apartment, engaged him in the act by first touching and fondling his private part. He later removed his clothes and penetrated his two thighs and released his sperms on them before he allowed him to go.

 

However, trouble started when the boy got home and told his parents about what happened and the matter was reported to the Police at Igando Division. He was arrested and detained at the station for interrogation.

 

After interrogation, the Police found him culpable and consequently charged him before the Ogba Magistrate Court for the alleged offence, which attracts several years of imprisonment.

 

County I: That you, Solomon Sanusi ,’M’ sometime in July 2024,  and 3rd August, 2024, at about unknown time at Aribisala Street, Agric Road Egan, Igando, in the Lagos State Magisterial District, did sexually assault the victim, 15 years old by romancing and touching his penis and thereby committed an offence punishable under Section 263 (1) of the Criminal Laws of Lagos State of Nigeria 2015.”

COUNT II: That you, Solomon Sanusi, on the same date and place at about unknown time at No 5. Aribisala Street, Agric Road Egan, Igando, in the aforementioned Magisterial District, did sexually assault the victim by joining his thigh together and use your penis to penetrate in between his thigh until you ejaculate and released your semen on his thigh and thereby committed an offence punishable under Section 263 (2) of the Criminal Laws of Lagos State of Nigeria 2015.”

 

COUNT III: That you, Solomon Sanusi, on the same date, place and at about unknown time in the aforementioned Magisterial District, did sexually harass the victim thereby committed an offence punishable under Section 264 (1) of Criminal Laws of Lagos State of Nigeria 2015.”

 

He pleaded not guilty.

 

The prosecutor, Supol Akeem Raji, asked the Court to give a date for hearing since he pleaded not guilty to enable the Police to prove that he actually committed the alleged offence.

 

The Presiding Magistrate, Mrs. B.O. Osunsanmi, granted him bail in the sum of N300,000 with two sureties in like sum, who must show evidence of means of livelihood and tax payment while addresses will be verified by the Court.

 

The matter was adjourned till 5th September, 2024, for mention while the defendant was remanded in custody at the correctional center at Kirikiri town, Lagos, pending when he will perfect his bail conditions.
