Man, 25, Docked For Sucking Breasts & Luring Girl, 16, Into S*x

A 25-year old man, Chinonso Ugochukwu, has been arrested in Lagos State for allegedly sucking a 16-year old girl’s breasts, getting her confused and engaging her in sex romp.
PMEXPRESS reports that the incident happened at Matomi, Makoko area of Lagos, where they reside.
The suspect, Ugochukwu, allegedly lured the girl into his apartment at night around 11pm, used words of mouth to confuse her, then fondled and sucked her breasts, she became more confused and was unable to resist his moves.
After the romp, the girl was said to have come back to her senses but by then Ugochukwu had already satisfied himself. She raised alarm and claimed that she was raped because she did not consent to it.
The matter was reported to the Police in the area and Ugochukwu was arrested. He was later transferred to SCID, Yaba, Lagos for interrogation over the conduct.
During interrogation, Ugochukwu denied raping her because he did it with her consent but the girl insisted that he lured her into it without her consent.
The Police found him culpable because of the age of the victim and subsequently charged him before the Court for the alleged offence.
The Court did not take his plea when he was arraigned following a motion moved by the prosecutor, Supol Thomas Nurudeen, asking the Court to refer the matter to the DPP for advice.
The Presiding Magistrate, Mr. P. E. Nwaka, ordered his remand in custody at the Correctional Centre without an option of bail pending when the DPP’s report will be ready.
The Court also directed the prosecutor to duplicate the file and send it to DPP while the matter was adjourned for the report of the DPP’s advice to be available, which will determine if the matter will be transferred to the High Court or not over jurisdiction.
