A 25-year-old man, Afeez Majasola, has been arraigned before the Ogba Magistrate Court in Lagos for allegedly luring a 17-year old girl inside an uncompleted and sucking her breasts in order to seduce her.
P.M.EXPRESS reports that the incident happened on 4th March, 2026 at Peluola Street, Mafoluku, Oshodi, where they reside.

According to the Police, the suspect sexually assaulted the minor by dragging her to an uncompleted building and sucking her breasts without her consent.
The matter was reported to the Police and he was arrested. He was consequently charged before the Court for the alleged offence which attracts several years of imprisonment.
The prosecution alleged that at about 6:30 p.m., the defendant attempted to commit felony, to wit rape, on a 17-year-old girl contrary to and punishable under Section 406 of the Criminal Laws of Lagos State of Nigeria, 2015.
On the second count, the prosecution alleged that on the same date, time and location, the defendant sexually assaulted the minor by dragging her to an uncompleted building and sucking her breasts without her consent. This he said was contrary to and punishable under Section 263 of the Criminal Laws of Lagos State, 2015.
The count three further alleged that the defendant sexually harassed the minor by forcefully removing her underwear with the intent to have sexual intercourse with her without her consent. The offence was said to have contravened Section 264 of the Criminal Laws of Lagos State, 2015.
However, the Court did not take his plea after the prosecutor, Inspector Lucky Ihiehie, asked the Court to refer the matter to the DPP for legal advice.
The Presiding Magistrate, Mrs. M.O. Tanimola, ordered his remand in custody at the correctional center at Kirikiri town, Lagos, pending the outcome of the DPP’s advice and directed the prosecutor to duplicate the file and send it to the DPP for advice.
The matter was adjourned for mention for the report of the DPP’s advice, which will determine if the matter will be transferred to the High Court or not over jurisdiction.
