Man, 32, Arraigned For Allegedly Sucking Lady’s Breasts During Picnic At Bar Beach

A 32-year old man, Opemipo Aina, has landed in trouble in Lagos State for allegedly kissing and sucking the breasts of a 33-year old lady to seduce her during a picnic at Bar Beach. 
P.M.EXPRESS reports that the lady reacted thereafter and reported the matter to the Police at the Gender Section of the State Command.
The suspect was arrested and detained at the Command for interrogation over his alleged conduct against the victim.
According to the Police, the suspect lured the victim to Bar Beach for a picnic and sexually assaulted her by kissing and sucking her breasts which did not go down well with her.
She then reported the alleged assault to the Police for prosecution. And after thorough interrogation, the Police found him culpable and charged him before the Ogba Magistrate Court for the alleged offence which attracts several years of imprisonment.
The charge read:
“That you, Opemipo Aina on the 1st November, 2025, at Takwa- Bar Beach, Lagos, in Lagos Magisterial District, did sexually assault the victim ‘F’ 33 years old by kissing her, sucking her right breast and thereby committed an offence punishable under Section 263 of the Criminal Law of Lagos State of Nigeria 2015.”
However, he pleaded not guilty.
The prosecutor, Inspector Lucky Ihiehie, then asked the Court to give a date for hearing since he pleaded not guilty to enable the Police to prove that he actually committed the alleged offence.
The Presiding Magistrate, Mrs. M.O. Tanimola, granted him bail with two sureties, who must show evidence of means of livelihood and tax payment while addresses will be verified by the Court.
The matter was adjourned for mention while the defendant was remanded in custody at the correctional center at Kirikiri town, Lagos, pending when he will perfect his bail conditions.
