Man, 35, Arrested For Forcing Dick Into Mouth Of Boy, 12

The Police have arrested a 35-year old man, Elijah Emenandy, for allegedly forcing his dick into the mouth of a 12-year old boy for him to suck in order to satisfy his sexual desires in Lagos State.

 P.M.EXPRESS reports that the incident happened at Salami Street, Ajegunle area of Lagos, where they reside.  

Apart from sexually molesting the boy, the suspect, Emenandy, was also alleged to have molested two of the boy’s brothers by penetrating their anus between February and March 2022 before it was eventually exposed by the victims. 

The Police stated that the dastardly act got exposed when one of the victims informed their parents about it and they immediately reported the matter to the Police and the suspect was arrested. He was later transferred to the  State Criminal Investigation Department, Yaba, Lagos, for further investigation over the dastardly act.

After thorough interrogation, the Police found him culpable and subsequently charged him before the Ebutte Meta Magistrates Court for the alleged assault by penetration, which attracts several years of imprisonment if he is found guilty before the Court after the trial. 

When he was arraigned, the Court did not take his plea after the prosecutor, Raphael Donny, asked the Court to refer the matter to the DPP for advice. 

The Presiding Magistrate, Mrs. F.M.Kayode-Alanu, ordered him to be remanded in custody pending when the DPP’s report will be ready and directed the prosecutor to duplicate the file and send it to the DPP. 

The matter was adjourned till 23rd May, 2022, pending when the DPP’s report will be ready, which will determine if the matter will be transferred to the High Court or not over jurisdiction.
