Man, 35, In Police Net Over Anal S*x Attempts On Boy, 17

A 17-year old boy is still enveloped in shock after a 35-year old man, Isah Idris, allegedly lured him to an apartment and tried to forcefully put his dick inside boy’s anus in order to satisfy his sexual desire in Lagos State.

P.M.EXPRESS reports that the incident happened at Adeniyi Street, Oniwaya Road, Agege area of Lagos, where they reside.

The Police alleged the suspect to have lured the boy and tried to forcefully penetrate his anus before he raised alarm, which attracted other neighbours over the act.

The matter was then reported to the Police; the suspect, Idris, was arrested.

Having been found culpable by the Police, he was subsequently charged before the Ogba Magistrates Court for the alleged offence.

When he was arraigned, he pleaded not guilty. 

The prosecutor, Supol Akeem Raji, asked the Court to adjourn the matter for hearing to enable the Police to prove that he actually committed the alleged offence.

The Presiding Magistrate, Mrs. E. Kubeinje, granted him bail in the sum of N500,000 with two sureties in like sum while the matter was adjourned till 14th December, 2021, for mention.

However, the Court ordered his remand in custody pending when he will perfect his bail conditions.
