Man, 43, Docked For S*xually Molesting 3 Daughters At Monkey Village

A 43-year old man, Emeka Orisakwe, has been arrested in Lagos for allegedly molesting his three daughters aged, 8, 6 and 4, by inserting his fingers into their private parts in order to satisfy his sexual urge.

P.M.EXPRESS reports that the incident happened at Ganiyat Street, Monkey Village, Maza Maza area of Lagos, where they reside.

According to Police sources, for the past three months repeatedly between May and July 2021, the man had been inserting his fingers into their private parts probably to open up for proper penetration.
However, the victims exposed him by informing their mother what had been happening to them.

The matter was reported to the Police at Satellite Division and the man was arrested. He was later transferred to the Gender Section of the Command for interrogation. 

The doctors report confirmed the the victims were actually molested by the man.

During interrogation, the man denied molesting them but was said to have admitted he inserted his fingers into their private parts as their father to check them.

The Police found him culpable and subsequently charged him before the Ogba Magistrates Court for the alleged offence.
The  Court did not take his plea after the prosecutor, Supol Bisi Ogunleye, asked the Court to refer the matter to the DPP for advice.

The Presiding Magistrate, Mrs. E. Kubeinje, ordered his remand in Correctional Centre at Kirikiri town, Lagos State, and directed the prosecutor to duplicate the file and send to the DPP for advice.

The matter was adjourned till 2nd November, 2021 for report of the DPP to be ready, which will determine if the matter will be transferred to the High Court or not over jurisdiction.
