Man, 47, Sent To Prison For Sexually Molesting 3 Siblings

A 47-year old man, Obinna Ajuzie, has been arrested and charged in Lagos State for allegedly molesting three siblings of same parents by penetrating their anus and private parts.
P.M.EXPRESS reports as alleged by the Police that the man penetrated the 13-year old girl’s private part and as well penetrated her 14-year old brother through his anus. While he was alleged to have sexually molested their 15-year eldest sister by romancing and fondling her breasts.
The incident happened at Rev Johnson Street, Agric Road Igando, Lagos, where they reside.
The matter later got exposed and was reported to the Police by the victims parents at Igando Division. The man was arrested and detained at the station for interrogation over his alleged conduct.
After interrogation, the Police found him culpable and charged him before the Ogba Magistrate Court for the alleged offence, which attracts several years of imprisonment.
The charges read :
COUNT I: “That you, Obinna Ajuzie, on the 17th and 26th January, 2025 at about 0303hrs at  Rev Johnson Street, Agric Road, Igando in the Lagos Magisterial District, did sexually Assault by penetrating the victims aged 14 ( m), 13 (f) and (15)  through their vagina and anus with your penis and thereby committed an offence punishable under Section 261 of the criminal laws of Lagos State of Nigeria 2015.”
COUNT II: “That you, Obinna Ajuzie, on the same date, time and place at the aforementioned Magisterial District, did sexually assault the victims by romancing and fondling their breasts and thereby committed an offence punishable under Section 263(1) of the criminal laws of Lagos State of Nigeria 2015.”
The Court did not take their plea when he was arraigned after the prosecutor, Supol Akeem Raji, asked the Court to refer the matter to the DPP for legal advice.
The Presiding Magistrate, Mrs. O. Kusanu, ordered his remand in custody at the correctional center at Kirikiri town, Lagos, pending the outcome of the DPP’s advice and directed the prosecutor to duplicate the file and send it to the DPP for advice.
The matter was adjourned for mention for the report of the DPP’s advice to be ready, which will determine if the matter will be transferred to the High Court or not over jurisdiction.
