P.M.EXPRESS reports that he has been arrested and charged for his alleged conduct.
The property in question is located at No. 20 Alhaji Mustapha Street, Iju Ishaga, Lagos. He allegedly forged the documents, sold the house and then pocketed the money.
According to the Police, their late father,  Gabriel Omigie, built the house and passed on. While the other members of the family were planning to give him a befitting burial,  the suspect was busy planning how to sell the property without the consent of the family members.
He eventually sold the house with the forged documents only for the family members to hear that he had sold the house and pocketed the money.
The matter was reported to the Iju Police Division, he was then arrested and detained at the station for interrogation over his alleged conduct.

However, he pleaded not guilty.
The prosecutor, Supol Akeem Raji, asked the Court to give a date for hearing since he pleaded not guilty to enable the Police to prove that he actually committed the alleged offence.

  1. Abayomi idowu says:

who do we blame for this?
    is it the late father?
the other successful family members that refused to help ?
or the accused over reliance on family property ?
