Man Arrested Over S*xual Assault On Girl, 11

A 20-year old man, Nurudeen Nasiru, has landed in trouble in Lagos for alleged sexual assault by reportedly using his dick to rub the buttocks of an 11-year old girl in order to seduce her into having sex.

P.M.EXPRESS reports that Nasiru has been arrested over his conduct.

The incident happened at Aminu Street, Alapere area of Lagos, where they reside.

The suspect, Nasiru, was said to have always targeted the girl when nobody was around, will fondle her breasts and use his dick on her buttocks.
However, the girl resisted and reported the alleged assault to her parents, who then reported to the Police at SCID, Panti, Yaba, Lagos.

He was subsequently arrested and detained for interrogation. He reportedly admitted assaulting her but insisted he did not penetrate her in the process.

The Police found him culpable and later charged him before the Ebute Metta Magistrates Court for the alleged offence.

He pleaded not guilty. 
The prosecutor Inspector O. Kehinde, asked the Court to give a date for hearing since he pleaded not guilty to enable the Police to prove he actually committed the alleged offence.

The Presiding Magistrate, Mrs. A.A. Oshoniyi, granted him bail in the sum of N250,000 with two sureties in like sum while he was remanded in custody pending when he will perfect his bail conditions.

The matter was adjourned till 9th September, 2021, for mention.
