Man Battered Over Denial Of Anal Sex

Police operatives attached to Makinde Police Station, Oshodi area of Lagos, have arrested a 28-year old man, Jane Otubo, for allegedly assaulting another man for denying him anal sex in Lagos.
P.M.EXPRESS reports that the incident happened at No. 3, Eniola Street, Mafoluku, Oshodi, Lagos, where Otubo resides.
The suspect, who is a trader that deals on food stuff and hails from Enugu State, has been arrested for his alleged involvement in homosexuality on 18th March, 2021.
This was disclosed by the Police Public Relations officer, CSP Muyiwa Adejobi. He confirmed that the suspect, Otubo, is in Police custody undergoing interrogation over the allegation.
CSP Adejobi said that Otubo, who is suspected be a gay, had invited one Francis Azeez, (M), who resides at Gwagwalada Area of Abuja and paid for his transportation fare to his place in Mafoluku, while promising to assist him to establish a business.
But trouble reportedly broke out when Otubo made frantic attempts to have unlawful canal knowledge of the invitee, who had spent a week with him and he refused.
The guest, Francis, who resisted him, made efforts to escape back to Abuja in the morning when he was assaulted severally by the suspect.
CSP Muyiwa Adejobi said that the altercation attracted the attention neighbours, who eventually informed the Police.
He was then arrested and detained at the Station for interrogation and eventually the cause of the assault was exposed. The victim, Francis, said he refused Otubo from having anal sex with him and he became angry when he wanted to escape back to Abuja.
The landlord of the suspect, popularly called Alfa, confirmed the allegation by Francis saying that the suspect had been indulging in the infamous act and he, the Landlord had settled several issues relating to Otubo’s improper and dastardly act in that regard.
The suspect may likely be charged before the Court for the alleged offence after the conclusion of investigation and may spend several years in prison if he is tried and found guilty before the Court.
