Man Docked For Biting Lady’s Breast During Public Fight

A 20-year old man, Daniel Musa, has been arrested for allegedly provoking and biting a lady’s breast while engaging her in a public fight in Lagos State.

P.M.EXPRESS reports that the incident happened at Capitol Road, Agege area of Lagos, where they reside. 

The Police did not state if there was any relationship between the duo before the alleged assault but alleged that the suspect, Musa, had attacked the lady, Odu Jennifer, by pouring dirty water on her body, which prompted an exchange of words between them before it got to a public fight.

During the brawl, Musa reportedly grabbed Jennifer’s left breast and bit it, which caused her serious injury in the process. She was rushed to an undisclosed hospital for treatment and the matter was reported to the Police at Isokoko Division.

The suspect was then arrested and after interrogation, the Police found his conduct culpable and subsequently charged him before the Ogba Magistrates Court for the alleged offence.

He pleaded not guilty. 

The prosecutor, Mr. Victor Eruada, asked the Court to give a date for hearing since he pleaded not guilty to enable the Police to prove he actually committed the alleged offence.

The Presiding Magistrate, Mrs. M. O. Tanimola, granted him bail in the sum of N100,000 with two sureties in like sum with evidence of means of livelihood.

The matter was adjourned till 26th November, 2021, for mention while he will remain in custody pending when he will perfect his bail conditions.
