Man Docked Over S*xual Assault On Lady, 25

A 28-year old man, Prince Samuel, has landed in trouble in Lagos as he allegedly tampered with a 25-year old lady’s private part and injured her in the process.

P.M.EXPRESS reports that the incident happened at Owokoniran Street, off Olugboso Street, Agege area of Lagos where they reside.

According to Police sources, the suspect, Samuel, lured the lady into his apartment, inserted his finger her private part and inflicted injury on her.

The matter was reported to the Police at Isokoko Division and Samuel was arrested and detained at the station for interrogation.

During interrogation, he was unable to justify why he injured the victim’s private part. The Police found him culpable and charged him before the Ogba Magistrates Court for sexual assault which attracts several years of imprisonment if he is tried and found guilty.

He pleaded not guilty.

The prosecutor, Supol Bisi Ogundele, then asked the Court to give a date for hearing to enable the Police to prove that he actually committed the alleged offence.

The Presiding Magistrate, Mrs. E. Kubeinje, granted him bail in the sum of N200,000 with two sureties in like sum.

However, Samuel was remanded in custody pending when he will perfect his bail conditions while the matter was adjourned till 18th November, 2020.
