Man In Trouble For Forcing Daughter To Suck His Dick & Defiling Her

A 41-year old man, John Odu, has been arrested in Lagos State for allegedly defiling his 10-year old biological daughter after stripping self naked and forcing her to suck his dick before penetration.
P.M.EXPRESS reports that the incident happened at Kola Adeniyina Close, Lekki area of Lagos State, where they reside.
The suspect, Odu, is facing two count charge of sexual assault and defilement by penetration.
The Police alleged that Odu locked the daughter inside their apartment, forced her to open her mouth and ordered her to suck it. While she was doing so, he became aroused, removed her pants and penetrated her in the process.
Having satisfied himself, he allowed her to go but the daughter was unable to bear the trauma, she opened up and exposed him.
The matter was reported to the Police in the area and Odu was arrested. He was later transferred to the Gender Section of the Lagos State Police Command for interrogation over the conduct.
After thorough interrogation, the Police found him culpable and subsequently charged him before the Ogba Magistrates Court for the alleged offence.
However, when he was arraigned, the Court did not take his plea following a motion moved by the prosecutor, Supol Akeem Raji, asking the Court to give a date and refer the matter to the DPP for advice since the alleged offence is a serious one that could lead to life imprisonment in the interest of Justice.
The Presiding Magistrate, Mrs. B.O. Osunsanmi, ordered his remand in Correctional Centre at Kirikiri town, Lagos, pending when the DPP’s report will be ready and directed the prosecutor to duplicate the file and send it to the DPP for advice.
The matter was adjourned till 19th November, 2022, for the report of the DPP’s advice to be ready, which will determine if the matter will be transferred to the High Court or not over jurisdiction.
