Married Man Caught Having S*x With Neighbour’s Girl, 10

A 48-year old married man, Ben Mbanefo, has landed in trouble after he allegedly lured his neighbour’s 10-year old girl, engaged her in sex, she vomited and exposed him.

P.M.EXPRESS reports that the incident happened at Taiwo Street, Ejigbo area of Lagos, where they reside.

Police operatives from Ejigbo Division led by CSP Olabisi Okuwobi have arrested the suspect, Mbanefo and transferred him to Zone D Command in Mushin, Lagos, for further investigation and prosecution.

According to the residents, the little girl visited her aunt for two weeks on holidays due to Covid-19 lockdown, which had kept children out of school over a period this year.
While the perpetrator’s wife had gone to work and the victim was playing with other children in his house, Mbanefo deliberately sent all the children away from his apartment and called the 10-year old girl back to send her on an errand.

However, when the girl went back to his house, he reportedly took her to his matrimonial bed, removed her pant and penetrated her severally before he allowed her to go.
The whole thing got exposed after the little girl came out, had stomach upset and started vomiting. It was then she revealed that the suspect, Mbanefo, had engaged her in sex.

She was taken to the hospital, where she was being treated while the matter was reported to the Police and he was arrested for interrogation.

When P.M.EXPRESS reporter visited the Ejigbo Police Division, the DPO could not be reached as she was said to have gone out for routine monitoring in the area.

However, a Police source said that the matter has been transferred to the Gender Section of Area D Command for further investigation, which was later confirmed by our reporter.

“Yes, the suspect, Mbanefo was brought here at Zone D and he is undergoing interrogation over the allegation of defilement which attracts life imprisonment if he is found culpable.” Police source said.

Since the incident happened, the residents said that his wife was still in shock because of the shame her husband has brought to her young family with two kids.
