*WHO IS SHE PLEASE?*

Edith Nwosu was born to Late Professor & Mrs E. J. Nwosu from Abba in Nwangele LGA of Imo State. Upon leaving youth service year in 2000, she worked in various Oil Servicing, Marine and Equipment companies, where she shattered the male syndrome and held various Management Positions.

Among them are:

1. Energy Equipment & Services (A subsidiary of ALCON Nig, an Italian company),

2. Ligabue Catering (An Italian Company where she was the only black female in management position),

3. VNC Offshore Limited (Business Development Manager),

4. Aquashield Oil & Marine Services etc, in the capacity of a Business Development Executive. L

Edith Nwosu a serial entrepreneur with over two decades of experience, she is,

5) MD/CEO of Sherwood Nigeria Limited, a business development company that provides marketing and consultancy services for companies in engineering, marine, equipment leasing and oil & gas sectors.

Her medical outreaches has catered for over 3000 patients across the South south and south east, focusing mainly on improving healthcare standards, especially the eradication of the number one childhood killer disease – malaria and free surgeries (Fibroid/Hernia/appendicitis).

This she does by distributing for free treated mosquito nets, free 5 mins malaria laboratory tests using RDT test kits, free malaria and other prophylaxis drugs, BP checks, Blood sugar tests etc.

She has provided succour to private school teachers by donating 200, 000 cash each during the worst hit period of the pandemic.

She has trained people in different entrepreneurship skills to learn a trade and be able to feed themselves.

Her foundation distributed raw foodstuffs to poor communities during the covid pandemic (bags of rice, spaghetti, onions, beans etc).

She has carried out abdominal/pelvic scan free to women of child bearing age in communities to check various organs in the body (kidney, liver, Pancreas etc)

She has conducted free medical outreaches across the South South & South East with her team of medical professionals, saving lives.

She has partnership with a foreign organisation in Czech Republic, that conducts eye tests for refractive errors and provides free glasses/frames for the old.

She has distributed thousands of treated mosquito nets across communities.

She was recently in Nwangele with a team of 10 doctors, 8 nurses & 12 volunteers treating various sickness, 5mins laboratory tests and delivering free drugs.

She distributed 1000 mosquito nets to women & children.

Without health, Life is GONE.

The first in the 7 points agenda is the building of a Cottage clinic.

That will provide FREE child birth, malaria treatments & Drugs, Mosquito nets, FREE surgeries (Hernia, Fibroid, Appendicitis etc) to Nwangele Women & Children at designated times.

The first of it’s kind.

Her late mother in her life time, had at a point 5 hospitals running concurrently.

This is her most passionate project for Ngele people as it’s been her calling for many years.

If she has been doing this over the years with her *PERSONAL RESOURCES*. She can accomplish much more as your representative.

More often than not, it is the WILL to deliver service that lacks and not the resources.

*In a family that has produced 4 (four) erudite professors, she understands the importance of education.*

Embedded in her 7points agenda, is the building of an enviable primary school with computer applications for the young that will enable Nwangele children cope with their counterparts in academic standards/excellence.

Without means of Livelihood, Life is a BURDEN.

Job Creation.

An Entrepreneur professional in the Oil & Gas Industry for over 21yrs with expertise in Business Development.

Ikuku Oma will encourage youths to become entrepreneurs in various fields. She has taught entrepreneurship skills to various categories of people and given her own money as start up funds.

This will be achieved by building an upscale entrepreneurship/technical school in Nwangele to recreate a Life devoid of poverty.

Included in her agenda for Nwangele:

*Bills for Women Development, Child Protection, *Healthcare and Student Welfare will be achieved..

*DESK office for the 11 wards in her Constituency Office to coordinate the needs of her people.
