More Teams Register For Temple Cup

Some teams from Ogun State and outside the state have confirmed their readiness to take part in this year’s Holy Gabriel Mighty Temple Soccer Championship.

 The competition, otherwise known as Temple Cup, which kicks off on March 15 at Ibefun Mini Stadium, Ijebu, Ogun State, will feature 16 teams.

 Among the teams registered for the tournament are Evergreen FC of Ogun state, Sanolvatt FC of Ogun State, Confidence FC of Ogun State, Better Future Soccer Academy of Ibadan, Oyo State and Samba Boys of Lagos.

Chairman of Organising Committee, Eluwuro Odulana said more teams will be registered before the draw ceremony. He urged interested clubs to come for their registration forms.

“We are getting teams within and outside Ogun State, I think our competition is being accepted by the stakeholders in the game. We are assuring the teams equal treatment during and after the game,”he said
