In a significant move to support and empower women in Edo and Ondo slStates, the National Agenda for Greater Asiwaju (N.A.G.A), led by Director General, Ambassador Hajiya Hadiza M. Umar, has partnered with the Office of the National Woman Leader, Dr. Mary Alile.

This collaboration aims to donate essential empowerment materials to women ahead of the upcoming election.

The donated items included hair dryers, grounding machines, sewing machines, and bags of rice. These resources are intended to provide women with tools to enhance their livelihoods, promote self-sufficiency, and ensure they are well-equipped to contribute to their communities economically.

Dr. Mary Alile emphasized the importance of this initiative, stating, “Empowering women is crucial for the development of our society. By providing these materials, we are giving women the opportunity to create a better future for themselves and their families”.

This initiative by N.A.G.A and Dr. Alile underscores the ongoing efforts to uplift women and ensure their active participation in both the economy and the forthcoming electoral process.
