Niger Delta Youth Leaders Commend PAP Interim Sole Administrator

The Southern Youths foundation in conjunction with the Coalition of Niger Delta Youth Leaders in a joint Statement issued in Port Harcourt appreciated the interim Sole Administrator, Col Millard Dixon Dikio (Rtd), for living up to expectations of the strategic objective of the PAP by refocusing the programme to its original mandate of even development and security.

Comrade Emeni Ibe, Chairman BOT Coalition of Niger Delta Youth leaders, who is also the National President, Southern Youths Foundation of Nigeria and Coordinator, Buhari Osinbajo Youths Support Movement (BOYSM), commended Col Millard Dixon Dikio (Rtd) for living up to expectations

“We believe strongly that the leadership of Col Millard Dixon Dikio is doing well both for all delegates and students alike.”
“The Coalition, in a meeting in Port Harcourt warned against the planned protest, which is old fashion and any act of intimidation against the Interim administrator by Concerned PAP Students Worldwide.”

Comrade Emeni Ibe described the planned massive protest as unnecessary and advised the students to work with the Amnesty Boss to achieve set objectives.

The Coalition of Niger Delta Youth Leaders and the leadership of the Southern Youths Foundation at the end of her meeting in PH applauded President Muhammadu Buhari for all the support given to the Sole Administrator, Col Millard Dixon Dikio (Rtd).

The President General, Orashi National Congress, appealed to all concerned to support and work with the Sole Administrator, Col Millard Dixon Dikio, for the success of the PAP.

Comrade Emeni Ibe, the Chairman BOT Coalition of Niger Delta Youth Leaders called on all delegates, Ex-agitators under the aegis of Refined Niger Delta Militants RNDM and all Youth groups in Niger Delta to Support the sole administrator of PAP to  work in line with the vision of Mr. President for even development of the region.

“The Sole administrator should be allowed to implement some urgent part of the 2021 budget just passed by the National Assembly and assess to the Amnesty fund to ensure prompt  payment of the national delegates, students contractors and Staff” he said.
