A Nigerian-born football prodigy is rapidly gaining attention at Spain’s renowned La Masia academy, with many already comparing him to some of the world’s brightest young stars.

Destiny Kosiso, the son of former Nigerian professional footballer Ejike Pascal, has become one of the most exciting young talents in Barcelona’s famed youth system. Blessed with exceptional goal-scoring instincts, pace, and technical ability, the youngster is attracting admiration for his remarkable performances.

His father, Ejike Pascal, who previously featured for Enyimba FC, Lobi Stars, and several other clubs in the Nigeria Premier Football League before relocating to Spain, believes his son is destined for greatness.

“I am glad people are beginning to notice him,” Pascal said. “Destiny has shown signs of greatness since he was five years old. Having played professionally in Nigeria before settling in Spain with my family, I always encouraged his passion for football. He was eventually scouted by Barcelona, and he continues to develop impressively at La Masia. We are proud of his progress and hopeful about what the future holds.”

Destiny’s statistics have been nothing short of extraordinary. The young striker has reportedly scored 87 goals in just 22 matches, establishing himself as one of the most prolific talents in youth football.

His outstanding performances were also evident during the prestigious ISCA Cup, where he netted more than 22 goals, helping his team achieve impressive results throughout the competition.

Known for his clinical finishing, explosive pace, intelligent movement, and exceptional spatial awareness, Destiny has earned a reputation as a relentless striker capable of troubling any defence.

As he continues to rise through the ranks at La Masia, many football observers believe Destiny Kosiso could become one of the next generation’s standout stars, carrying Nigerian football’s rich legacy onto the global stage.

For now, the young forward remains a talent to watch closely as he continues his remarkable journey in one of football’s most respected development systems.
