No Schism Exists Between Ken Nnamani & Geofrey Onyeama – Enugu APC

Following insinuations about the split between the SouthEast representative of the APC’S Caretaker and Extraordinary Convention Planning Committee, CECPC and the Minister for Foreign Affairs, Geoffrey Onyema, the Enugu State APC has dismissed the split as poor fiction produced and directed by political merchants, who were daily worried that their antics in sabotaging the APC in Enugu has come to an end.
P.M.EXPRESS reports as contained in a statement put out by the Acting Chairman of the APC in Enugu State, Chief Gibert Chikwado Nnaji.
Nnaji, who following the suspension of Nwoye by the CECPC assumed the position of Chairman, described the report as false and fictitious and poor fiction by political merchants.
He said that these merchants were worried that their days of sabotaging the APC in Enugu for their pecuniary gain was at an end.
In his words: “It has come to my notice that there have been reports of a schism between two of our notable leaders in the party, being Senator Ken Nnamani and Geofrey Onyeama” .
“Naturally, i am not supposed to dignify such persons, who we know are sinking politically but for the informing of the public, who we know may be troubled by such news, i have decided to clear the air.”
“Let me inform you all that the Enugu State APC is intact and that there is no schism neither in the physical nor in the spirit between these two adorable leaders of ours, who are working assiduously to grow the party.”
“Ben Nwoye, who remains suspended by the party, is a sinking man and is only clinging to straws. Naturally, we do not expect people to take him or his associates serious as these are merchants, who are worried that Ndi Enugu are now discovering their antics of sabotaging the party for their pecuniary gain.”
“As i speak, there is a healthy if not chummy relationship between Nnamani and Onyeama. These are refined gentlemen, whose only goal, is to grow the APC in the Enugu. Those talking of such a split are bad producers of poor fiction” the Acting Caretaker Commitee Chairman, Chief Nnaji concluded.
