Noah Dallaji, The Rock Behind Balancing Gender Equality In Nigeria – Oshoala

As at the time women’s football and amputee sports are suffering sponsorship in Nigeria with no corporate companies coming to their aid, one man stood to help women’s football and special sports and to raise their hopes, Noah Dallaji, a philanthropist, an engineer, a lover of sports who came to rebrand the sports sector in Nigeria by sponsoring Grassroots women’s football and special sports.
Asisat Oshoala needs no introduction, she is 4-time women African footballer of the year, she has played for Arsenal, Liverpool, played in China and now Barcelona. She is the best top woman player to come out of Africa.
Sponsorship is key to women’s football with top companies flock in Nigeria from telecommunication to oil and gas companies, but one man stood his ground to help raise the hopes of the youths in Nigeria.
“Sponsorship is key to the development of sports in Nigeria, we all have a role to play to make Nigeria better, I have submitted series of proposals to companies, but the day I met Dallaji was different. He showed me a different approach about life, he advised me on how women’s football can grow.
“We had submitted over five proposals to different companies in Nigeria, but the day we met Dallaji, just one day, he told us he would sponsor our foundation program and another event for special sports, the amputee athletes.
“Dallaji needs a special recognition award, a man who have been given hope to the youth, a man who gives hope to the less privileged and a man who will help you to become somebody in life,” Asisat Oshoala said.
Dallaji’s love for sports is awesome. Many people have have compared Dallaji to MKO Abiola. Abiola during his days owned a football club, and also sponsorsed the Nigerian national teams .
Noah Dallaji, a sports philanthropist has sponsored almost all sporting events in Nigeria and also help give hope to Nigeria youths from education, sports and other areas.
Only recently Dallaji sponsored the Olumide OyeDeji Basketball Camp in Kano, the Asisat Oshoala Para Soccer Championship, educational scholarship to students in Bauchi, built multi millionaire hospitals all around Nigeria.
