Hon. Segun Odunmbaku, the Executive Chairman of Ojodu LCDA, has distributed 200 GCE forms to students as part of the council’s efforts to promote education and youth development. In addition to the GCE forms, he said the council will provide free coaching classes to the students and offer JAMB forms to successful candidates.

Odunmbaku also highlighted the Council’s ongoing commitment to awarding bursaries and scholarships to students who gain admission to tertiary institutions, citing two recent First Class graduates, Apatira Abdulhameed, a Civil and Environmental Engineering graduate from UNILAG and Akinreti Oluwajuwon Olajumoke, a Biochemistry graduate from LASU who received ₦500,000 each. He further advised the candidates to take advantage of self development and employability skills through free vocational training and digital skill programmes provided by the Council.

Urging the students to avoid social vices, the Chairman encouraged them to take advantage of the council’s initiatives. The students expressed their gratitude, praying for the Chairman, who also provided refreshments and token as a parting gift. This initiative underscores the Olusegun Odunmbaku administration’s dedication to empowering its youth through educational development in line with its H.E.Y.S Agenda
