Ojodu LCDA has played host to senior officials of WaterAid during a strategic engagement at the Council Secretariat.
The delegation, which included WaterAid’s West Africa Regional Coordinator, Mr. Ukeme, alongside Mr. Halado, the Lagos State Coordinator, Dr. Alao, and Programme Officer, Madam Grace, was warmly received by the Leader of the House, Hon Opeyemi Apatira and the Deputy Leader, Hon Lanre Ogunnoiki, who represented the Council Chairman.
The visit was part of a collaborative effort to strengthen healthcare delivery within Ojodu LCDA. The team, accompanied by MOH, Dr Tanimowo, embarked on an inspection tour of the Ogba Primary Health Centre and the Powerline Primary Health Centre, where they assessed facilities, engaged with healthcare workers and identified areas of possible collaboration and intervention.
The visit further highlights Ojodu LCDA’s commitment to improving grassroots healthcare in line with the HEYSRELOADED AGENDA, ensuring residents benefit from accessible, affordable, and quality medical services.
