Ojodu LCDA Mayor, Odunmbaku Visits Regent Of Okeira

The Executive Chairman of Ojodu LCDA, Lagos State, Hon. Segun Odunmbaku, in fulfillment of his promise to deepen civic engagement and promote robust relationship today between government and the citizenry visited Dr Chief Shodenke, the Regent of the Oke Ira, today to interact with the senior citizen as part of his plans foster closer ties with Ojodu residents and community stakeholders.


Hon. Segun Odunmbaku used the  opportunity of the visit to receive inputs from the senior citizen on community development while intimating the Regent of the plans of his administration to continue delivering people oriented projects that are tailored to the needs of Ojodu LCDA residents.

The Regent, who appreciated the Chairman’s development strides since he assumed office especially the provision of water supply at powerline health center and provision of other facilities across Ojodu LCDA, prayed that the Mayor would continue to record more achievements while he also gave some advice regarding certain issues in the community.


Hon. Segun Odunmbaku promised to immediately expedite action on issues raised by the Regent that concerns Oke Ira community while promising to continue in reaching out to community stakeholders and giving them the sense of belonging they deserve as office of the citizen is the most important office in participatory democracy.

In attendance at the visit were the Chief Of Staff, Mr Dapo Adeoye and Chieftancy Officer, Mr Wale Olusesi.
