Ojodu LCDA Presents Certificates & Tools To Graduands Of Advanced Solar Training Programme

 In a significant step towards fostering sustainable energy solutions and empowering youths as a globally relevant workforce, Ojodu LCDA, Lagos State, yesterday presented certificates and essential tools to the graduates of the Advanced Solar Training Programme, an initiative organised in partnership with Electrix Technologies to equip participants with the necessary skills to thrive in the rapidly growing solar energy sector. 
Over the past several months, the trainees have undergone intensive theoretical and practical sessions, learning about solar panel installation, maintenance, and business development of renewable energy.
Speaking at the event, the Executive Chairman of Ojodu LCDA, Hon Segun Odunmbaku, commended the graduates for their dedication and perseverance.
 “Today, we celebrate not just the completion of a training programme, but the beginning of a new chapter for these individuals and our community. As the world moves towards cleaner and more sustainable energy solutions, it is crucial that we equip our people with the skills needed to be at the forefront of this transformation” Odunmbaku said.
In addition to the certificates, each graduate received toolkits comprising essential equipment required for solar panel installation and maintenance. This provision ensures that the graduates can immediately apply their skills in practical settings, fostering entrepreneurship, driving sustainable development and job creation.
At the ceremony were the Vice Chairman, Hon Bunmi Oluyadi, SLG, Hon Olaide John Bello, Council Manager, Engr Bunmi Akintoye, HOU Info Department, Mrs Lanre- Arogundade Ogunshola.
