The leadership of notable Niger Delta socio-cultural group, the Orashi National Congress, ONC, has felicitated with the Commissioner IV in the
Rivers State Local Govt Service Commission, Hon. Chief (Barr) Richard Ukpeni Ewoh, MFE, FCPA, on the occasion of his birthday anniversary.
