According to the report sighted by our correspondent, those cleared to contest alongside Hon. Olakanle were Aina-Marshall Abimbola Abimbola, Ayinde Adamson Oluwatosin, Okanlawo Adetola A., and Aileru Alaba Sulaimon.

The aspirants not cleared included Hassan Olufunke Rekiyah, Adebanjo Moyosore A., and Oloyede Shamsideen S. It was reported that the Screening Committee did not clear the aforementioned for not submitting the required documents or some irregularities were spotted in documents submitted.

However, those not cleared by the Committee have the opportunity of appealing their non-clearance through the Femi Pedro-led Appeal Committee set up by the party to address issues that may arise from the screening exercise.
