Oyi LG & APGA Ward Executives Endorses Maureen Gwacham

Ahead of campaign kick off and ward tours, the All Progressive Grand Alliance (APGA) candidate for House of Representatives, Oyi/Ayamelum Federal constituency, Lady Maureen Gwacham, yesterday met with the entire APGA Local Government & Ward Executives and party stakeholders in line with her campaign process.


Speaking at the event, the Anambra State Governor, Prof Charles Soludo, who was represented by his Special Adviser on Political Matters, Dr. Alex Obiogbolu, described the candidature of Lady Maureen Gwacham as one of the best gifts for the people of Oyi & Ayamelum and urged all hands to be on deck in other to ensure victory at the forthcoming polls.

On his part, the Chairman of APGA, Sir Nobert Obi, ably represented by the APGA Anambra North Zonal Vice Chairman, Chief Chinedu Nnatuanya, stated that APGA, being their heritage, they must do everything within their power to maintain the lead so as to support the Governor’s vision of a liveable and prosperous Anambra State.


The duo of the TC Chairman Oyi LGA, Hon. Emmanuel Nweke who spoke on behalf of the TC members & Oyi at large and the APGA Oyi LG chairman, Hon Onochie Mkpuechina, who spoke on behalf of the party members, pledged their solidarities for Lady Gwacham and other APGA candidates.


Lady Maureen Gwacham, while thanking all those that witnessed the event despite the short notice, used the opportunity to reaffirm that her rescue mission agenda will cut across the nooks and crannies of Oyi/Ayamelum Federal Constituency, and will usher in a new era of quality and effective representation.
