Oyo State Govt Introduces Grievance Redress Mechanism For Outdoor Advert Practitioners

The Oyo State Signage and Advertisement Agency, OYSAA, has introduced a Grievance Redress Mechanism (GRM) form to address complaints for Out of Home advertisement practitioners and business owners across the state.

 

In a statement made available by the Director General, OYSAA, Hon. Oludolapo Eso-Ajanaku stated that the initiative is a commitment of the agency to foster accountability and improved stakeholders engagement in the advertisement industry across the state.

He highlighted that the new GRM form is a data friendly tool aimed at streamlining the process of lodging complaints and grievances to ensure effective and prompt resolution of disputes with provision of dynamic and business friendly environment across the pacsetter state.

According to the statement, the new GRM form could be accessed through the Oyo State Sygnage and Advertisement Agency website; www.oysaa.oyostate.gov.ng or complainants should contact the OYSAA office at the 3rd Floor of Water Corporation Building, State Secretariat, Agodi, Ibadan, to access the new GRM form.

The DG, OYSAA, Hon. Eso – Ajanaku encouraged concerned stakeholders to utilize the mechanism in addressing issues of complaints and grievances as he promised an excellent and dedicated commitment in maintaining and sustaining open line communication with utmost professionalism and efficiency of the agency.
