OYRTMA Launches Online Public Complaint Channel

The Oyo State Road Traffic Management Authority (OYRTMA) has introduced an Online Public Complaint Channel to enable members of the public to report grievances, provide feedback, and offer suggestions on the conduct of OYRTMA personnel.

 

The platform, accessible via https://complaint.oyrtma.com, allows citizens to submit complaints anonymously or with their identities, ensuring ease of reporting while maintaining confidentiality.

 

In a statement issued and made available to Media in Ibadan, the Executive Chairman of OYRTMA, Major Adekoya Adesagba (rtd) emphasized that the initiative aligns with the agency’s commitment to transparency, accountability, and improved service delivery.

“This platform empowers the public to hold OYRTMA personnel accountable while providing us with valuable feedback to enhance our operations. Every complaint will be treated with urgency and confidentiality,” the Chairman stated.

According to him, the key features of the complaint Channel will be *Report misconduct by OYRTMA Officials; Submit reports by OYRTMA Officials; Submit reports anonymously or with a disclosed identity;Secure and user- friendly interface.*

OYRTMA encouraged all residents, motorists, and stakeholders to utilize this platform to ensure a more efficient and professional traffic management system in Oyo State.
