PDP NWC Approves Appointment Of Barr. Onuigbo & Others As Members Of Anambra Caretaker Committee

The composition of the committee was approved by the National Working Committee (NWC) of PDP; on behalf of the National Executive Committee (NEC), pursuant to Sections 29(2)(b) and 31(2)(e) of the Constitution of the PDP (as amended in 2017).

The caretaker committee is to run the affairs of the Anambra State Chapter of the party for a period not exceeding 90 days (3 months).

The committee, chaired by Engr. Chigozie Igwe, has Barr. Clem Ezika as Secretary, Chukwudi Innocent Nweke, Ezinne Patricia Uju Onyia, and Barr. Ikechukwu Chukwudelu as members.

Other members of the committee are Chukwudi Okoye, Hon. Chief Ezeobi Okpala, Cmr. Okey Asolo, Barr. Jude Oguejiofor, Hon. Echezona Agba, Promise Okongwu, Dr. Obumneme Nnoli, Hon. Remignu Okeke, Ebere Onukwo, Williams Obiora, Ndu Ikokwu, Barr. Ugochukwu Adileje, Onyeka Okeke, Nze Nath Uforali, Dr. I.G. Ngini.

A statement signed by the National Organising Secretary of PDP, Hon. Umar M. Bature, urged all party leaders, critical stakeholders and teeming members in Anambra State to remain united and continue to work together for the progress of the Party.
