Police operatives from the Abattoir Division of the Lagos State Command have finally recovered the pubic hairs of a lady, Ruka Tajudeen, which was shaved by her 40-year old boyfriend, Issa Omotesho, during the climax of a sex romp without her consent.

P.M.EXPRESS reports that the hairs were recovered as exhibits to be presented before the Court following the painstaking investigation and persuasion by the Police to Issa Omotesho to produce it after his initial resistance.

According to the Police, the suspect was said to have shaved the hairs while engaging the victim in sex. At the climax of the romp, she was confused and did not know when Issa Omotesho brought out razor blade and shaved the hairs only for her to realize after she regained her senses and became afraid.

The incident happened on 20th June, 2025, at the house around Railway line, Abattoir area of Oko-Oba Agege, Lagos.

According to the Police, the complainant, who resides in Idiagbon Street, Ifako Ijaye, visited the suspect and they engaged in sex. In the process, the suspect allegedly used razor blade to shave her private part and hid it.
His action instilled fear on the complainant, who demanded for her hairs but the suspect refused insisting that he wanted to use them for undisclosed purposes.

The matter was reported to the Police at Abattoir Division. The suspect was arrested and detained at the station for interrogation over his alleged conduct.

During interrogation, he was asked to bring the complainant’s pubic hairs but he refused and claimed that he had used them for undisclosed purposes.

The Police found him culpable and charged him before the Ogba Magistrate Court for the alleged offence which attracts several years of imprisonment.

Part of the charges read:
“That you, Issa Omotesho ‘M’ on the 20th June, 2025 at about 0300hrs at a detached house, Railway line Abattoir area Oko-Oba Agege, Lagos State in Ikeja Magisterial district, did conduct yourself in a manner likely to cause the breach of Peace by shaving the private part of one Ruka Tajudeen ‘F’ of Idiagbon Street, Ifako Ijaye, Lagos, without her consent and thereby committed an offence punishable under Section 168(D) of the criminal laws of the Lagos state of Nigeria 2015.”

However, he pleaded not guilty.

The prosecutor, Supol Phillip Ademigbuji, then asked the Court to give a date for hearing since he pleaded not guilty to enable the Police to prove that he actually committed the alleged offence.

The Presiding Magistrate, Mrs. O. Kusanu, granted him bail with two sureties, who must show evidence of means of livelihood and tax payment while addresses will be verified by the Court.

The matter was adjourned for mention while the defendant was remanded in custody at the correctional center at Kirikiri town, Lagos, pending when he will perfect his bail conditions.
