Popular Evangelist In Police Net Over S*x With Girl, 12

A 38-year old popular Evangelist, Chukwudi Ndubuisi, may likely spend the rest of his life in prison custody after he was allegedly caught having sex with his neighbour’s 12-year old girl in Nnewi town, Anambra State.

P.M.EXPRESS reports that the suspect, Ndubuisi, has been arrested over the alleged defilement.
This was disclosed by the Police Public Relations Officer, SP Haruna Mohammed, who confirmed that the suspect, Ndubuisi was in Police custody.
He said that on 28th August, 2020, Police operatives attached to Nnewi Division arrested one Chukwudi Ndubuisi ‘m’ aged 38years of Okpunegbu village, Nnewi, Anambra State.

The suspect, who claimed to be an evangelist, allegedly lured his neighbour’s daughter, a 12- year old girl and had unlawful carnal knowledge of her.
SP Mohammed stated that Police detectives took the girl to the hospital for medical examination, where penetration and laceration of her hymen was confirmed by the medical doctor.
He explained that the suspect has voluntarily confessed to the crime and the case transferred to the State Criminal Investigation Department for discreet investigation as directed by the Commissioner of Police, CP John B.Abang.

The Police spokesman said that the suspect will be charged to Court for prosecution as soon as investigation is concluded while the girl is said to be undergoing rehabilitation over the trauma after being abused.
