Power Meets Purpose: Mayor Igbokwe, Deputy Speaker Kalu Unite for South East Progress

Businessman, philanthropist, and former Abia governorship aspirant, Mayor Lucky Igbokwe, has paid a courtesy visit to the Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives, Hon. Benjamin Kalu, in Abuja.

Accompanied by former Abia lawmaker Hon. Kelechi Onuzuruike, Igbokwe applauded Kalu’s leadership and his pivotal role in the creation of the South East Development Commission, commending his dedication to regional advancement and national impact.

In return, Hon. Kalu praised Igbokwe’s philanthropic work, particularly through the Don Lulu Foundation, which continues to empower youth and uplift rural communities across Abia State.

Their meeting centered on shared commitments to promoting development, peace, and unity in Abia and the South East.
