President General Of ONC Celebrates Amb. Mrs. Juliet Emeni Ibe On Her Birthday 

The President General of respected Niger Delta socio-cultural group, Orashi National Congress, ONC, Amb Comrade Emeni Ibe, has celebrated his beloved wife, Amb. Mrs. Juliet Emeni Ibe, on the occasion of her birthday anniversary.
