Promasidor Nigeria, one of the country’s leading food and beverage companies, has announced a new initiative to expand its distribution network and partner with established entrepreneurs across Nigeria.
The programme, titled “Build Your Business with Promasidor,” is designed for business owners with the financial strength, infrastructure, and ambition to operate large-scale distribution businesses in designated territories across the country.
Through the initiative, selected partners will work directly with Promasidor’s portfolio of household brands that are consumed by millions of Nigerians daily. These include Cowbell, Miksi, Loya, Kremela, Onga, Twisco and Top Tea. The company says the goal is to improve product availability, deepen market penetration, and create long-term value for both the company and its business partners.
According to Promasidor, the expansion is not only about adding more distributors. It is about building sustainable business relationships that support growth at the local level.
The company is looking for entrepreneurs who already run successful businesses and have the capacity to manage warehousing, logistics, sales teams, and working capital required for FMCG distribution. Ideal partners will also be able to develop direct distribution channels to both traditional markets and modern retail outlets, in addition to servicing the wholesale trade.
Speaking on the initiative, Chief Executive Officer of Promasidor Nigeria, François Gillet, said the company recognizes the role of Nigerian entrepreneurs in driving economic growth.
“Nigeria has a strong and dynamic entrepreneurial community, and we believe there is an opportunity to build even stronger and more profitable businesses together,” Gillet said.
“Through this initiative, we are looking to partner with entrepreneurs who have the experience, infrastructure and ambition to grow with us. We bring strong, trusted, and fast-growing brands with an established route-to-market system, while our partners bring local market knowledge, business expertise, and the drive to succeed.”
Promasidor noted that partners who join the network will not be working alone. The company will provide operational support through its experienced sales force, marketing teams, and supply chain resources. This is intended to help new distributors build efficient distribution routes and grow their businesses faster.
The partnership model is structured to benefit both sides. Promasidor gains deeper reach into communities and retail outlets, while entrepreneurs gain access to brands with strong consumer demand, brand recognition, and consistent marketing support.
Brands like Cowbell milk, Onga seasoning, and Miksi have become staples in Nigerian homes over the years. The company says leveraging this brand equity can help serious business owners scale faster and achieve profitability in a competitive market.
The “Build Your Business with Promasidor” initiative is open to established entrepreneurs and companies with:
1.  Adequate working capital to manage inventory and operations
2.  Warehousing and logistics capabilities for storage and delivery
3.  Experience in distribution or FMCG sales
4.  Ambition to cover traditional trade, modern trade, and wholesale channels within assigned territories
Promasidor emphasized that it is prioritizing partners who understand their local markets and are committed to long-term growth rather than short-term trading.
Interested businesses can submit an Expression of Interest through the QR code provided in Promasidor’s campaign materials. Applications can also be sent directly via email to ng.db.enrollment@promasidor.com.
The company said the evaluation process will focus on business track record, operational capacity, market coverage plans, and financial readiness.
With Nigeria’s consumer market continuing to grow, Promasidor says the partnership model offers a practical way for entrepreneurs to tap into the food and beverage sector while building businesses that can last for years.
For many business owners, the opportunity represents a chance to align with a company that has over 30 years of experience in the Nigerian market and a reputation for quality and consistency.
Promasidor Nigeria is a leading manufacturer and marketer of food and beverage products in Nigeria. The company’s brands are distributed nationwide and are known for quality, affordability, and wide availability.
